My API key works locally but fails on the live site.
Almost always one of three things: (1) your host is blocking outbound HTTPS to api.anthropic.com or generativelanguage.googleapis.com — ask the host to allow them; (2) the key is rate-limited; (3) the key has the wrong project/region. Open Settings → AI Provider and click Test Connection — the error message tells you which.

Where do I find my license key?
Check the order confirmation email from Freemius — the key is in the body and also at users.freemius.com under My Account → Licenses. Inside WordPress, go to Settings → PressBot → Account; the key shows there once activated.
Can the agent break my site?
It tries hard not to. Critical settings are write-locked, destructive actions ask before running, scheduled tasks default to review-required (they create trusted plans for you to approve), and the agent inherits your WordPress role — it can’t do more than you can. Found a security issue — where do I report it?
Email hello@greenscript.dev with subject "Security" — please don’t open a public issue. We acknowledge within 24 hours and credit responsible disclosures in the changelog once a fix ships.
