By installing or using PressBot ("the Plugin"), you agree to these terms. "GreenScript" refers to the developer.
License
Free Version
Licensed under GPL v2 or later. You may use, modify, and distribute it under GPL terms.
Pro Version
Licensed per-site through Freemius. Each license covers the number of sites specified by your plan (Pro: 1, Business: 5, Agency: 25). Licenses are non-transferable.
API Keys & BYOK
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from Anthropic and/or Google. You must comply with their respective terms of service. GreenScript is not responsible for:
- API provider charges
- Service disruptions
- Policy changes
- Content generated by AI models
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use PressBot for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or licensing
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the premium code
- Resell or redistribute Pro without authorization
File Integrity & License Compliance
The Pro version of PressBot may verify the integrity of plugin files by comparing them against the original distribution. As part of license compliance, the Plugin may transmit anonymous, non-identifiable data to pressbot.io, including a hashed site identifier, version information, and a list of modified file names. No personal data, API keys, or site content is included. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Modification of plugin source files constitutes a breach of this agreement and may void refund eligibility.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PressBot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GreenScript does not guarantee:
- Uptime
- Accuracy of AI responses
- Compatibility with all themes/plugins
- Uninterrupted service
Limitation of Liability
GreenScript's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim. GreenScript is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Refund Policy
All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee through Freemius. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be denied if plugin source files have been modified, reverse engineered, or otherwise altered in violation of these terms.
Termination
GreenScript may suspend or terminate your license for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Freemius.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or plugin notification.
